HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH?

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are based in San Francisco Bay Area, the home of the Facebook, Google, TESLA, among other multi-billion dollar companies. We like to sip coffee at a Starbucks and eavesdrop on the latest releases from TESLA.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?

 

All packages are shipped from California and will arrive 2-5 business days.  

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by clicking here:

I ORDERED 2+ ITEM BUT I ONLY RECEIVE ONE, WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?

Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Each package will have its own tracking number. 

 

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT NOW?

It takes 5-10 days for the system to generate the tracking information after it's been shipped. If you're buying outside of US, your country's customs may hold your item temporary. Please call your customs and have them release your item immediately. If for some reason your package is lost, we will send a replacement for FREE.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. To minimize any taxes we specify low item value on the package. The general amount of the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. In most cases, there are no additional charges. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Just Selected cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

All of the packages are insured with tracking. Your packages are tracked from our warehouse to the final destination.   If any of the products are lost during the transit, we will replace your product for free. 

 

APPAREL

WHAT TYPE OF TEXTILE DO YOU PRINT ON?

We print on the finest, softest, comfiest cotton for tees. Our leggings are made of a mix high-quality stretchy knit fabric like cotton lyrcra, polyster/spendex blends and other quality blends that fit your needs.

HOW ARE YOUR APPAREL PRINTED?

We use a world-class infrastructure for screen printing, DTG printing, and sublimation. The style of printing is determined by the product you purchased. Our primary print style is Direct to Garment (DTG), which is a method where the printer directly applies ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology.
Understanding DTG Printing: It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment for the design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. This allows high quality and colorful designs, plus fast turnaround.

What is the sizing on your apparel?
- We have included sizing with measurements on each of our product pages for your convcenience.

The Just Selected is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here is the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.

ORDERING

I DID A MISTAKE! HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

No problem! We can cancel items that have been ordered within 48 HOURS. After that, your order would have finished processing and will be ready for shipping within 2 days.

 

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ODER, HOW DO I CHANGE IT?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@JustSelected.com . We process orders within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

MY ORDERS WON'T GO THROUGH, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you're still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you're using the latest version of your web browser. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations. If you continue to receive error messages, please contact Customer Support at Support@JustSelected.com

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add support@JustSelected.com to your safe sender list.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
